First of all, a little business - I have to say thank you so much to everyone who left comments on my Papertrey Tribute post, it is really great to receive positive feedback and I am so excited that you liked my little project!!!
Are you all enjoying the excitement over at Papertrey? Nichole has some wonderful things planned for the next week plus (10 days right?!). I am trying to play along with all of the challenges and today's is a pretty easy one, just make an altered bag, easy peasy right? I used one of the Papertrey's small kraft coffee bags and stamped hearts using Heart Prints all over it in Raspberry Fizz, True Black and Fresh Snow. Then I created a little tag with punches, a bit of lovely ribbon and a button - simple, nothing earth shattering and a nice way to package some Valentine goodies - like those M&M's I have in the picture - one of the colors in the Valentine mix really resembles Raspberry Fizz, cool huh?
Here is a close up of the tag, oh ya it also uses some Raspberry Fizz Mix patterned paper which is so yummy:)!
Thanks for stopping by and I can't wait to see your altered bag, good luck in the contest, Nichole is giving away some fabulous prizes huh?!
cute bag!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Very cute bag, Geny! Heart Prints is one of my favorite sets ... it's gotten a lot of use the last couple of weeks! And those M&M's look real good, too!!!

Geny, that's adorable, and I love your tag! With 11 grandbabies, this would be a project that is do-able for their Valentines goodies. Thanks for the inspiration!

Nichole is awesome as if everyone at PTI. I just love the company. This is a great altered bag. I am going to have to get my thinking cap on while I am sitting at the school while my son is in speech class. Hopefully I will have time to get it made and on my blog in time. This is so much fun!!!

So cute! I think the boys and I might just be making some of these. My good friend was in a bad accident (and remains in a coma) and I'm guessing her kids would really love getting some treats in bags like this: thanks you totally inspired me!
