Hello there! I didn't intend to be absent from my blog all week, but life kinda gets in the way sometimes. I thought I would share a cute little birthday card I made a while back for my best friend. I used a fun set from Hampton Art called Happy Birthday To You, I got mine at Micheal's on sale! I used the fun banner image to stamp my background...love how it turned out! I then created a little cupcake using some simple masking on a Labels 17 die cut. I added the sentiment piece last and that line of pretty rhinestones to finish it off.
Supplies: Stamps - Happy Birthday To You (Hampton Art); Ink - Fresh Snow (PTI), Turquoise (Versacolor), Celery, Fuschia (Fresh Ink); Cardstock - Kraft, SS White (PTI); Patterned Paper - Fine & Dandy (My Minds Eye); Other - Labels 17 (Spellbinders), Green Rhinestones (Kaiser Craft), Glitter (Stampendous)
I hope you are having a nice week. It is still pretty cold here, in fact it snowed today but there has been some pretty sunshine too! We are hoping for nice weather next week so we can enjoy Spring Break! Thanks for visiting today!

What a beautiful card, simple and the same time so sophisticated. Makes me craving for cupcakes so I intend to do some this weekend, I have some guests and this could be an alternative to treat them.
